Review: MEIZU M2 smartphone cum phablet

Introduction

The smartphone market around the globe is undergoing through a transformation. The price war is at its peak. Every brand is trying their best to woo the customers. One such Brand is MEIZU. It is a chinese consumer electronics company based in Zhuhai, China. Founded in 2003, Meizu began as a manufacturer of MP3 players and later MP4 players. As of 2008, Meizu moved its focus from MP3 and MP4 players to smartphones, Meizu is one of the top ten smartphone manufacturers in China with 8.9 million units sold worldwide in the first half of 2015. Today we present a detailed review of their best selling smartphone called MEIZU M2.


Getting to know about MEIZU M2

Its is basically an Android 5.1 OS based 64 bit Quad core smartphone and weighs just 131 grams. It looks quite similar to iPhone 5C  but has a lot better hardware specification. It support T/F card upto 128 GB which makes it one of the most powerful phablet in its class. It also boasts of 680 hours of stand-by time. Build & Quality

It is perhaps one of the best smartphones in terms of specifications which is available in the international market. What makes this phone really unique is its hardware. Let's look into its hood.

General Observation & Verdict

MEIZU M2 is a decent phablet & major usp is its price. It is just available for $127.99 in US and is available for Rs 6999 in India. It competes directly with likes of Samsung, Motorola, LG & Nokia. We would rate this phone 4 out 5 as it brings true ROI on the investment.
