FB in desktop mode do allow an option to rearrange your News Feed
by most recent posts. However on mobile device this option is just tricky &
cumbersome to access.
From today, “See First” feature by Facebook is going to address the above mentioned issue to enable you
control your posts/feeds in a much better way.
See First features label
which of your Facebook friends' posts you want to see at the top of your feed at
any given time. For now this feature had been rolled only to iOS devices, with
subsequent launches planned for Android, Windowsand the desktop access.

How to use/set “See First" feature:
Step 1: Set your See First friends list.
Step 2: Launch the Facebook app on your iOS device, then tap on the More button
in the bottom-right corner.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the menu, where you'll find News
Feed Preferences; tap on it
Step 4: Click on ‘Prioritize
who to see first” – select your friends & click on DONE
General Observation & Verdict
A great feature indeed from Facebook which
eliminates reckless scrolling to check feed of your most favorite people on Facebook.
Its quite like ring fencing the people you want updates from first.
